After a couple of months of gathering paper after paper after paper....our dossier is done and should be on its way to Portland, Oregon!
Once it arrives, All God's Children will review it...if everything is in order....then we finally get to wait some more! :)

The picture of the nice postman makes me laugh, seriously, did you tell him why you were taking his picture, I'm sure he thought you were looney!!! Congratulations and we are praying for a timely adoption!!
