Fur trading. Pottery making. Stove blackening. Water pumping. The meeting house. The school house. The wigwam. Doc Campbell's house. Zimmerman's farm.....and driving the turkeys home!
And that was all just BEFORE lunch.
On Friday, Erica and I (along with the entire 4th grade) enjoyed a field trip to Connor Prairie...a "living museum" set back in the 1800's. We had a super fun day, while learning about what life was like in Indiana in the 1800's...complete with lots of hands-on activities.
